Thermographic Inspections

Need Investigative Work Beyond Visual? Thermal Imaging Camera (or Infrared) is an advanced, non-invasive and non-distructive technology that allows the Inspector to identify hidden deficiencies of a building that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods. Infrared Thermal Imaging equipment can test, take temperature of materials “Heat Signatures” and record anomalies.

Moisture intrusion, missing, damaged, or inadequate insulation, building envelope air leaks, and substandard work are costly to residential and commercial building owners. Thermal imaging can help quickly target the source of the problem. With thermal imaging we can detect things such as:

  • Radiant Infloor / Ceiling Heating
