Michael did a great job of explaining the inspection process over the phone. He explained things in a non-technical way and that was extremely important for me since I was a first time home buyer. He spent some time reading the engineering document that was given to me by the stratta and explained things very clearly. His inspection was very thorough, from exterior to the interrior, he checked everything, small or big, he made sure nothing was left untested. In his final inspection report he explained things in detail and made recommendations that I found extremely helpful.
