It would have been beneficial to have a visual inspection of the roof but understand the difficulty of access and we investigated the issue in the strata documents as you suggested. Following up in the strata minutes was one the concerns you raised, we are confident that the stata has issues in hand. It was good to have a phone conversation with you and be able to have questions answered immediately. The photos in the report were useful as we are doing this from a distance and can’t be there in person. Subjects have been removed and the deal moves forward so thank you for your timely and thorough inspection and feedback.
