Michael Zegarra was referred to me by my Real Estate friend. We are first time home buyers so we didn’t know who to trust to do a good job and I trust her judgement. We had a deadline to get the inspection done and Micheal was able to squeeze us in on his already full schedule. I could tell when we got there that he established a friendly rapport with the owner.  It was a pleasant experience.
